Referral Partner Program — Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for the Waymakers Dispatch Referral Partner Program (the “Program”). By completing the registration process on the Partner Gateway, you (“Partner”) agree to be bound by this Agreement with Waymakers Dispatch Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Eligibility & Registration

  • 1.1 Application Approval: To participate, partners must complete the onboarding registration form at [waymakersdispatch.com/partners/refer](https://waymakersdispatch.com/partners/refer). We reserve the sole right to accept or reject any application for any reason.

  • 1.2 Accuracy of Information: The Partner must provide accurate, current, and complete contact and payout details (including full legal name, physical address, and contact information). Any changes must be updated immediately in the Partner Dashboard.

2. Tracking, Cookies, and Referrals

  • 2.1 Tracking Mechanism: The Program relies on browser cookies generated by the Partner’s unique referral link (wp_affid).

  • 2.2 Cookie Window: The tracking cookie is valid for a period of 30 days from the carrier’s first click. If a referred carrier clears their browser cookies or submits their onboarding form after the 30-day window has expired, the referral will not be dynamically tracked or credited.

  • 2.3 Last-Click Attribution: In the event that a referred carrier clicks multiple partner links, commission will be awarded to the Partner whose tracking link dropped the most recent cookie before the carrier submitted the form.

3. Commission Structure, Milestones, and Payouts

  • 3.1 Commission Value: Partners are eligible to receive a flat-rate commission of $500.00 USD per qualified, closed referral.

  • 3.2 Definition of a “Qualified Referral” (The Paid Agreement Rule): To qualify for a commission payout, a referred carrier must complete the following steps:

    • Land on our hidden onboarding page ([waymakersdispatch.com/referral-offer](https://waymakersdispatch.com/referral-offer)) via the Partner’s active tracking link and submit their application.

    • Complete their 30-day free dispatching trial.

    • Sign and complete at least one (1) month of a paid service agreement with Waymakers Dispatch Inc. immediately following the trial.

  • 3.3 Payout Timeline: The commission of $500.00 USD will be disbursed to the Partner within forty-five (45) days from the date the referred carrier signs their paid service agreement with us.

  • 3.4 Flexible Payment Methods: Commissions will be processed according to the preferred payout method of the Referral Partner. Supported payment options include:

    • Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer

    • Interac e-Transfer (for Canadian partners)

    • Wise / PayPal

    • Cash (subject to local availability and physical verification)

  • 3.5 Tax Responsibility: Partners are treated as independent contractors. The Partner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any local, municipal, provincial, state, or federal taxes incurred on received commissions.

4. Promotion, Marketing, and Brand Integrity

  • 4.1 Permitted Channels: Partners are encouraged to share their links directly with owner-operators, fleet managers, and carriers via personal messaging, email, or their own organic social media profiles (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).

  • 4.2 Prohibited Traffic & Spam:

    • No Search Engine Ads: Partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on search engine terms containing our trademark “Waymakers Dispatch” (e.g., on Google Ads or Bing Ads) to redirect traffic to their referral link.

    • No Spamming: Partners may not post their links on public forums, random Facebook groups, or via automated cold-messaging systems in a spammy, intrusive manner.

    • No Domain Squatting: Partners may not register domains that mimic or contain variations of our brand names.

5. Relationship of Parties

Nothing in this Agreement shall construct an employer-employee relationship, joint venture, or agency between the Company and the Partner. The Partner has no authority to bind the Company to any contracts, pricing, or service guarantees.

6. Termination & Fraud Prevention

  • 6.1 Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to audit commissions and terminate any Partner’s account immediately if we detect fraudulent click activity, self-referrals (signing up your own trucking authority under your own partner link), or brand misrepresentation.

  • 6.2 Expiration of Claims: Unpaid commissions on terminated accounts are immediately forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

  • 7.1 No Guarantees: Waymakers Dispatch Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the potential earnings a Partner may generate through this Program.

  • 7.2 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
